Let’s Work Smarter was born out of the realisation that companies and their systems need a customised design in order to meet customer needs, inspire employees and achieve economic success.

In an increasingly complex business world, conventional structures and processes are often no longer sufficient. That’s why we strive to create an effective framework for collaboration and communication that allows everyone involved to realise their full potential.

Our approach is systemic and individual, but also strategic and pragmatic. With a passion for your goals, we treat corporate culture and people with respect and appreciation. In doing so, we not only scrutinize obvious symptoms, but also the underlying structures and patterns.

Sven Lakner

Sven is an HR expert and organizational developer with leadership and practical experience. He is people-centered, empathetic, development-oriented and systemic.

His drive is to make the world a little better by providing comprehensive support for improvements and positive change in organizations, critically reflecting on the status quo, positively irritating, awakening potential, paving the way and accompanying it.

Alexander de Cruppé

Alex is a passionate consultant and coach. He wants things to work, for work, teamwork and the results to be fun.

He helps people and organizations to master the challenges of the VUCA world. He is fast, pragmatic, brings a lot of experience and positive energy, sees the big picture and always finds a way.
