Agile working - thought of systemically and made applicable

It all started with us being asked again and again: “What can I do immediately within my sphere of influence to change and further develop the way I lead or how we work together?” This then gave rise to and again our Work Smarter Days – a workshop format in which the aim over two days is to confront all the complexity of the world and to concretely begin the necessary further development of the respective framework for leadership and collaboration.

Work Smarter Cards

With the Work Smarter Cards, we have developed a toolbox that conveys intuitive, systemic and application-oriented approaches to changing the framework for leadership and collaboration – they are the invitation and the key to effective, continuous work on the system. The content covers many important aspects – from basic topics to daily standups and inspiration from companies that have already implemented corresponding approaches.

Delegation Cards

One topic in the card box is a long-running topic – we’re talking about delegating. To this end, we have consistently rethought the application and developed the Delegation Cards to “play out” the level of delegation on decision-making topics in the team.

The know-how that we made applicable for use in the workshop was the basis for our first card box, the Work Smarter Cards.
