Innovation Journeys
In a constantly changing world, we often feel the need for change. However, we rarely systematically look for inspiration for possible answers to these challenges, instead relying too much on expertise and experience in our own organization. As a result, we run the risk of reducing the possibilities too early to “more of the same”, where something really different, surprising and creative could be effective.
This is where our Innovation Journeys come into play. They are inspiring journeys that encourage us to think outside the box and discover creative paths to success.
Personal learning and experiencing inspiration along your challenges are at the forefront of these journeys in order to continuously gain insights and ideas and ultimately derive your own plans from them.
Do I need this?
Yes: When I see a need for change but realize that we have become stuck in our thought patterns and need new ideas and inspiration. When I want to learn from others by seeing how they overcome challenges and implement change. Not otherwise. Not even if I simply want to “copy”.
